1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Rapfix ("we," "our," or "us"). This document serves as both our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. By installing, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

2.1 User Generated Content

Users may post content, including messages, business profiles, product listings, and comments. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Rapfix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.

2.2 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous
• Invasive of another's privacy or hateful
• Racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• Promoting illegal acts or violence

2.3 Enforcement & Reporting

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

We provide mechanisms for users to:

• Flag/Report objectionable content (products, businesses, comments).
• Block abusive users.

Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours and removed if found to be in violation of this EULA.

3. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our app:

2.1 Personal Information

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password (encrypted)
• Profile Information: Profile picture, bio, business information
• Business Data: Business name, description, location, operating hours

2.2 Content You Provide
